Yes — with one safety net. Your team lead verifies your room counts in the first 10 minutes of your first visit. If we're within 10%, your quoted price holds. If we're off by more, you can accept the corrected price from our published add-on list — or cancel on the spot for free.
No. We bring all supplies and equipment, included in your price.
No — most customers aren't. Give us an entry code or lockbox code when you book. Just make sure we can get in: a wrong code, locked door, or an aggressive pet we weren't told about counts as a missed visit (100% of the visit price, though your first one is waived).
Tell us in the "anything we should know" box when you book — where they are, which doors to use. Friendly pets are fine. Aggressive pets must be secured away from the team; if we can't work safely and weren't warned, it counts as a missed visit.

Tell us within 24–48 hours and we come back to re-clean the reported areas free. If something bigger went wrong, we'll make it right with a discount on your next visit or a refund — that's our promise, in writing.
A card is kept on file when you book and charged on the day of service. You'll get a confirmation email with a PDF invoice before your visit. No sales tax is added — cleaning services aren't taxed in Illinois.
